Women’s Mental Health & Wellness Telehealth in Washington

Personalized care for women who know something has changed—and want someone to look at the whole picture.

If you're struggling with anxiety, poor focus, brain fog, fatigue, sleep changes, mood changes, or symptoms that seem to have appeared alongside perimenopause or menopause, you deserve more than being told that everything looks “normal.”

At Dahlia Mind & Body, I provide private-pay telehealth care for women in Washington that brings together mental and emotional well-being, hormonal health, sleep, energy, metabolism, and lifestyle.

My goal is to help you understand what may be contributing to how you feel and create a personalized plan to help you feel well, live well, and age well.

Does This Sound Like You?

You may be doing everything you can to take care of yourself, yet still feel like something is off. Many of the women I work with tell me they simply don’t feel like themselves anymore.

You may be experiencing:

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, or increased irritability

  • Difficulty concentrating or staying focused

  • Brain fog or forgetfulness

  • Feeling exhausted during the day but struggling to sleep at night

  • Changes in mood, motivation, or emotional well-being

  • Perimenopause or menopause symptoms

  • Changes in energy, metabolism, or weight

  • Decreased libido or changes in sexual well-being

  • A sense that your mental and physical symptoms may be connected

These symptoms rarely exist in isolation. My approach looks beyond a single symptom to understand the bigger picture of your mental, hormonal, metabolic, and overall health.

A Different Approach to Women’s Mental Health

At Dahlia Mind & Body, your mental and physical health are not treated as separate pieces.

As a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years in healthcare, I bring both perspectives into your care.

Rather than focusing only on a diagnosis or prescription, we look at factors that may be influencing how you feel—including your emotional health, medications, hormonal changes, sleep, energy, metabolism, nutrition, lifestyle, and stage of life.

Depending on your individual needs, your care may include:

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation

  • Medication management when appropriate

  • Anxiety, mood, and attention/focus concerns

  • Perimenopause and menopause-related mental health concerns

  • Sleep, energy, and lifestyle evaluation

  • Review of relevant labs and health history

  • Collaboration with your primary care provider, gynecologist, or other specialists when appropriate

The goal is not simply to manage symptoms. It is to understand you as a whole person and develop a plan that makes sense for this stage of your life.
